tone it down(tn t doun)(phrase) a phrase used when someone is being too outlandish or obnoxious. Accompanied by a hand motion indicating the turning down of a volume knob.
 example 1: Geoff, you're so noisy! Tone it down!

what a catch(wt a kch) (phrase) refers to a guy/girl who is a keeper. Accompanied by reeling hand motion or catching an imaginary ball with an imaginary baseball mitt.
 example 1: Will is amazing. He's smart, athletic, funny, good-looking, and totally gentlemanly. What a catch!
